RPEMS Civil Discussion

The idea of incentives for walking/biking/carpooling to school is troubling to me because the decision is not one that my son can make on his own. I drive him to school because of my work schedule and safety issues involved in crossing busy city streets.

Have there been any discussions about what these incentives might be and at whom they would be directed?
